1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the website www.oncologyconsultantsespana.com (the "Website"), owned by Oncology Consultants, S.L., as identified in the Legal Notice. Accessing the Website makes you a user and means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

2. Access

Access to the Website is open and free of charge, except for the connection cost charged by the user's internet provider. The forms are intended for people over 14 years of age. Children under that age need a parent or guardian to provide their data on their behalf.

3. Proper Use

The user agrees to use the Website diligently, lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:

• Use the Website for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of third parties.

The information on the Website is general and educational. It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional. No published information constitutes an offer or guarantee of inclusion in a clinical trial. Inclusion always depends on the protocol criteria, the assessment of the research team and the participant's informed consent.

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website (text, images, design, logos, trademarks, code and structure) belongs to Oncology Consultants or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view the content and download it for personal, noncommercial use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Third party trademarks and logos appearing on the Website (for example, those of collaborating institutions) belong to their respective owners and are reproduced with their authorization.

6. Links

The Website may contain links to third party websites. Oncology Consultants does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies, and including a link does not imply any association or endorsement. If Oncology Consultants gains actual knowledge that a link leads to unlawful content, it will promptly remove the link, in accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE.

Anyone wishing to link to the Website must link to its home page, without reproducing its content or implying a relationship with Oncology Consultants that does not exist.

Oncology Consultants endeavors to ensure that the Website works properly and that its information is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, Oncology Consultants is not liable for damage arising from the Website being unavailable, from viruses introduced by third parties despite the security measures in place, or from the user's use of the published information.

8. Changes

Oncology Consultants may change these Terms and the content of the Website. The Terms that apply are those published at the time of access.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the court of the user's place of residence will have jurisdiction.

This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
